My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms were okay, but the air conditioner wasn't great. On the bright side, the service was fantastic, especially thanks to Mr Henry. Location-wise, it was perfect for our needs, despite a slightly sketchy area. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some cold food, but the staff, like waitress Marylynn, made up for it with their service.

The Crown Plaza hotel is an absolute gem. The room was spacious and clean, making me feel like I was in a luxurious suite. The staff were welcoming and helpful, showing true professionalism in every interaction. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of entertainment options nearby. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a delicious selection of Sicilian products. Overall, my stay was memorable, but the pricey laundry service was the only downside.
